Return/Refund Policy
We always strive to meet the demands of all our customers. In case of any disputes, we are committed to resolving the matter with you in a proper manner. The following are the situations that may lead to disputes:
Item Not Received:

1.Parcel Seized by Customs:
It is the buyer's responsibility to clear customs. If your parcel is seized by customs, you must contact the customs office to retrieve your parcel. Please feel free to contact us if you need any documents for customs clearance (such as an invoice).
2.Shipment Status Stagnated for a Long Time:
If the shipment status remains stagnant for a prolonged period, we advise you to contact your local FedEx office for assistance. At the same time, we will contact our shipping agent to determine the status of your parcel. Please stay in touch with us until the parcel is successfully delivered.
Unsuccessful Delivery:
1.If the parcel is not delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, we are not responsible for any resulting loss.
2.If the parcel is delivered to an incorrect address or lost by the shipping company, we can resend the parcel to you or offer a refund.
Item Not as Described:
Upon receiving your item, we encourage you to check it immediately. If you are not satisfied with the item, please contact us within 30 days.
Return/Refund for No Reason:
If you wish to return an item for exchange within 30 days of receipt with no quality issues, please contact us and include your order number. We will provide you with a return address. However, the return shipping fee and any price difference must be paid by you.
If you wish to return an item for a refund within 7 days of receipt with no quality issues, please contact us and include your order number. We will provide you with a return address. You will not be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Return/Refund for Quality Issues:
If the item you received has any quality issues (e.g., incorrect color, size, style), please contact us and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and include pictures of the packing box (showing the shipping information) and the item itself. We will investigate the issue upon receiving your email and provide you with a solution.
Kindly reminder:
1.If you wish to return an item within 30 days, please ensure it is in its original condition and you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Used or washed items will not be accepted for return.
2.Please contact us first and follow our instructions before returning the item. If requesting a refund without any quality issues within 7 days, you will not be responsible for the return shipping fee.
3.Please include your order number and any relevant information with the returned item.
4.Custom orders, celebrity styles, and clearance items are final sale only and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.
