DELIVERY
- Please allow after the processing time for your order to be fulfilled.
- Please read description of each product of ordering to see the turnaround time
- Custom wigs turnaround is 10-15 working days.
- Ready to ship wigs the next day exclude weekend or holidays.
- After your order has been processed and finished customized, you need to pick up in our stores and finish balance payment if you're satisfied. We will inform you by message. Please do remember to leave an available number.

THE FULFILLMENT PROCESS
1) You need to pay 50% deposit of the hair.
2) You will receive an Order Confirmation Email.
3) The Processing period begins
Processing time is 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS.
* Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing period is extended for wigs. Processing period is extended 1-5 Business days during a sales period.
4) After the processing period is over, your wig will be created and fulfilled. (10-15 business days)
5) You will receive a message which informs you go to pick up the hair in our store (Address will be attached).
6) The balance will be paid when you pick up the hair. Please check the hair before the delivery is finished. Any return/exchange is not accepted after that.
